Competitive Failures
Existing
event triggers use a variety of fixed patterns of wire
on or in a layer of fabric. These products fail in the
marketplace. During use, fabrics bend and the wires
prematurely touch resulting in a false alarm [i.e. an
unwanted short].
Our Patents Are Superior Technology
The event trigger is
the key to successful marketplace products.
Our R & D started in 2008. Recently we experimented with nonwoven fabrics. A major result is our patented event
trigger.
Our design puts inexpensive conductive
carbon fibers in two common nonwoven layers. A common
non-carbon nonwoven layer separates the carbon infused
layers. Common electronics are added to complete the
product. Our design makes it
unlikely to produce an unwanted short during
use.

New product development can be
quick and economical. One of many options is for you or
your firm to start by acquiring our patents for a sales
royalty or license, plus other considerations.

Our Patents:
Moisture Detection Systems & Devices
Our patents include new and unique
event trigger concepts. Common electronics are
added to complete the product.
Two conductive nonwoven layers are
separated by a non-conductive layer. Pee [moisture]
seeping anywhere through the layers triggers the alarm.
The non-conductive layer prevents any accidental touching of the
conductive layers and thus prevents a potential false alarm.
Our patents merge nonwoven and electronics technologies.

Huge Product Categories
Our patents detect moisture like
Pee,
Perspiration
and water. They are the basis for a wide variety of
products:
|
♦ Diapers |
♦ Clothing |
|
♦ Underpads [Pet Pads] |
♦ Transit |
|
♦ Chair Pads*
|
♦ Grounding |
|
♦ Water Detection |
♦ Smart Fabrics |
*Including Wheelchair Pads
Each of the above marketplaces have
huge sales potential. For example, diapers are a US$1
Billion per week marketplace today. Additional new product
applications are likely.
Quick & Unique Product Development
The easiest and fastest way to begin
may be with wheelchair pads.
Imagine: A wheelchair
confined person soiled their pad:
v
Option 1. With Ordinary Wheelchair Pad
1:00 PM. Patient soils pad or chair
4:00 PM. Care-giver finally attends to patient
þ
Patient is uncomfortable and annoyed
þ
Patient potentially
developing skin sores
þ
Family member is not aware
þ
Pad may need cleaning or replacement
þ
Care-giver is not held accountable
v
Option 2. With Our Unique Patented Wheelchair Pad
1:00 PM. Patient soils pad or chair
þ
Alarm is triggered
þ
Care-giver is immediately alerted
þ
Alert is provided to cell phone
and/or computer
þ
Family member is informed
NEXT. Care-giver promptly
attends to patient
þ
Timely patient attention
þ
All events are saved
þ
Care-giver awarded or held
accountable
Adding carbon fibers to two existing
nonwoven production layers is the major nonwoven requirement.
Applying existing, proven electronics is the major electronics
requirement. Demonstration samples have been created.

New Business Model
Major considerations include:
1. New Technologies. Our
patents protect the initial products from competition.
2. Existing Markets.
Some of our new & unique products will be marketed to existing
nonwoven markets. However, some will create new markets.
3. Crypto. Worldwide
evolution to crypto affects distribution and marketing.
Many Organizational Options
1. Independent Joint Venture.
There are two major
technologies. Adding two or more owners, each with either nonwoven or electronics expertise, will also help assure
knowledge about technology upgrades for continuing product
development.
Plus, experience in new markets and
the crypto evolution will likely benefit all owners.
2. Three Individuals. Each is
knowledgeable in either nonwoven, electrical or marketing skills
and would plan and direct contract firms for initial product
development, production and marketing.
3. Diversification. New
products mean new markets, new revenue and new profits.
Our patents provide increased probability of profits.
Favorable Economics
Our new & unique products are the
basis for creating new market segments.
One of several options is for you or
your firm to acquire the patents for a sales royalty or license, plus
other considerations. Minimal upfront investment.
